Platform on the web After our discussion about the tools for collective work and the presentation by Nicolas and Femke of the different principles for a common webpage for the Platform, (see minutes in attachment) we had a meeting with Nicolas in Brussels to start testing the first tools for the platform on line. Over a period of six weeks from 25 September to 3 November 2006, we used live projects - educational projects in which students of architecture participate in ’real’ design projects with ’real’ clients - to investigate alternative architectural practice. This six week project culminated with a publication and ’Platform’ workshop and conference in Sheffield 23-25 October 2006.
